Official documents are unristrectedly valid only in its own country. To get valid and recognized these documents for use abroad, they have to be authenticated, legalized, or - depending on the country - furnished with an "Apostille of The Hague".

I would be happy to provide the needed consular legalization or apostille on official documents issued in Germany, Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
For most other countries I would be able to inform you about the address, phone, website etc. of the responsible authority where you may apply for the authentication or the apostille.

If you wish to use this service, I kindly ask you to answer to the following 6 questions by e-mail:

1. What kind of form or document has to be authenticated?
2. Which authority did issue this document (Name of the issuing authority)?
3. Where is this authority located (place, province, country)?
4. When was the document issued (date, month, year)?
5. In which country will the document be used?
6. In which country do you live?

If possible: scan the document and enclose a copy to your e-mail.

I'll inform you by e-mail how I could help you to provide the needed consular legalization or apostille.
The conditions for using this service are as follows:

1) On this website you find the possibility to submit me your particular case. My first answer is always free of charge.
2) For providing consular legalization or an apostille on official documents issued in Germany, Switzerland or Liechtenstein you will receive an estimate of costs by e-mail.
3) If the documents are issued in other countries, mostly I would be able to inform you about the address, phone, website etc. of the authority responsible for issuing the needed consular legalization or apostille. The price for such an answer would be US$ 20.00, payable online by credit card (Visa, American Express or Mastercard). You will receive exact payment information by e-mail.
4) After having received your payment I will send you the wanted information by e-mail.
5) If the information about the authorities issuing consular legalizations or apostilles should not be available, I will inform you by e-mail. In this case your credit card will not be charged and there will be no costs for you.
